The Well Outreach is located off Duplex Road between Buckner Lane and the I-65 overpass. The food pantry is in the white farmhouse at the entrance to Chapman’s Crossing subdivision (across the street from The Children’s Academy daycare). A small sign marks The Well Outreach entrance near the garage doors on the side of the house.
